Emergency Dental Care in Batavia, IL
If you find yourself in a dental emergency, no matter how serious, remain calm and try not to panic. If a tooth has come out of its socket, carefully rinse the tooth with water without removing any tissue remaining on the root. Gently try to place the tooth back into its socket but stop immediately if you experience any serious pain or you cannot align it properly. If you cannot place the tooth back into the socket, put it in a container of milk to keep it healthy until you make it to your dentist’s office. If you find yourself in an emergency involving bleeding, try to stop the bleeding and contact your dentist as soon as possible.
